How do I receive my product?
All of our products are digital. Within minutes of completing your order you will receive an email containing your original product key, the official download link, step-by-step installation instructions and your invoice. Nothing is shipped physically.
Are the licences original?
Yes. Every key we sell is an original, brand-new and unused licence sourced from authorised distributors. You download the software directly from the official manufacturer website and activate it with your key.
How do I install and activate my software?
Your delivery email includes a simple installation guide. In short: download the software from the official link we send you, run the installer, and enter your product key when asked. If anything is unclear, our support team will walk you through it step by step.
I have not received my email – what should I do?
First check your spam or promotions folder – automated emails sometimes land there. If you still cannot find it, contact us with your order number and we will resend your key right away.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If your product key has not been activated, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. See our Refund and Returns policy for the details.
Do I receive an invoice?
Yes, an invoice is included with every order and sent to your email address together with your product key.
