How delivery works
As soon as your payment is confirmed, our system automatically emails you your original product key, the official download link, installation instructions and your invoice. Delivery normally takes just a few minutes and works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If your email is delayed
In rare cases a payment needs additional verification, which can delay delivery by a few hours. If you have not received your product within that time, check your spam folder first, then contact our support team with your order number and we will resolve it as a priority.
