How to request a refund
Email our support team with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Refunds are approved once we confirm the key is unused, and are returned to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
Activated keys
Once a key has been activated it cannot be resold, so activated keys are non-refundable – except when a key is defective. If a key does not work, contact us: we will fix the issue or replace the key, and if we cannot, you receive a full refund.
